Survery is over!!!!!

Well Congrats to the MDS/Careplan office. We came out with NO tags!! YAY!!! Now time to plan some days off. We know that there are some areas we need to look at and improve but we can do it! Everybody did an AWESOME job! All I can say Thank you God for answering my prayers!
