Memories.....

This past week I lost a very loving friend named Ruth. She was the sweetest person you could ever talk to. She added me as a friend on facebook and we began to talk and become friends. I think God had a hand in that!! Everyday in my inbox was an email of encouraging words and advice. She enjoyed helping people. I have caught myself already looking for emails that I know are not there. I miss her so much! It's hard to become friends with someone and then lose them. She told me in an email that when God gives you a gift- cherish it because that is the greatest gift you can ever get. I cherish her words and will always remember our conversations. She also told me to always tell the people you love that you love them because one day you won't be able to. Ruth was a wonderful friend and I know that she is in heaven looking down. Ruth, you will always be in my heart and thank you for all your wise words! Thank you for all your help and all the faith you had! Lord, I thank you for putting her in my life! Rest in peace Ruth aka GrannyB! I love you dear friend!!

She’s close to death , but she is not afraid
Angels waiting for the order, to carry her away
They’re gathered around her bed side
She’s the only one who sees
She will draw her final breath , and away with them she’ll leave

His family by his bedside, he says children can’t you see
Angels standing all around us, it’s time for me to leave
